Holiday Ordering & Policies

 Happy Holidays Everyone!!!

We appreciate everyone's business and are trying our best to fulfill all orders as fast as we can.  At this moment we are not taking anymore orders until current orders are complete and finished.  Please check back shortly we will reopen ASAP.  Thank you for your patience.


All orders must be a minimum of $50.00.

All orders are baked fresh!  Your treats are not stored on a shelf waiting for you to order, please keep this in mind.  Please allow up to 10 to 12 business days before shipping.

Shipping and Ordering Policies

  • Signature Bonz ships to all of the United States     
  • Orders are shipped USPS- (Priority) or FedEx- (Ground) which ever service you choose.
  • After orders are placed and paid in full Signature Bonz will send you a confirmation number so you will be able to track your orders delivery status.
  • Shipping: After completion of your order, it is then weighed and shipping charges are based on the providers (USPS or FedEX) caculation based on weight.  We do NOT try to make a  profit on shipping.  We charge what the provider charges.     

Packaging Policy

  • We take pride in our work and package your order very carefully.  Our goal is to get your treats to you in the same condition as they left our hands.
  • We package treats in a box with bubbles and wax paper and then put cases into a master box with shipping peanuts.  During the hot season we insulate and ice each master box.

Damaged Product

  • Any damaged products must be reported within 3 days upon receipt
  • Photos of damaged products must be submitted          
  • Credit will be issued to your account

Custom Orders

  • Custom orders may take 1 to 3 business days longer
  • There is a one case (36 units) minimum on custom orders
  • Custom orders are non-refundable


  • We accept all major credit cards
  • Payment must be paid in full before your order is shipped or delivered
