All orders are baked fresh! Your treats are not stored on a shelf waiting for you to order, please keep this in mind. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days before shipping.
Shipping and Ordering Policies
- Signature Bonz ships to all of the United States
- Orders are shipped USPS- (Priority) or FedEx- (Ground) which ever service you choose.
- After orders are placed and paid in full Signature Bonz will send you a confirmation number so you will be able to track your orders delivery status.
- Shipping: After completion of your order, it is then weighed and shipping charges are based on the providers (USPS or FedEX) caculation based on weight. We do NOT try to make a profit on shipping. We charge what the provider charges.
- We take pride in our work and package your order very carefully. Our goal is to get your treats to you in the same condition as they left our hands.
- We package treats in a box with bubbles and wax paper and then put cases into a master box with shipping peanuts. During the hot season we insulate and ice each master box.
- Any damaged products must be reported within 3 days upon receipt
- Photos of damaged products must be submitted
- Credit or refund will be issued upon client’s request
- Custom orders may take 1 to 3 business days longer
- There is a one case (36 units) minimum on custom orders
- Custom orders are non-refundable
- We accept all major credit cards
- Payment must be paid in full before your order is shipped or delivered
